Placing an order
Once you have placed an order, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending a confirmation e-mail to the address provided during check-out. The order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the order's status update and the tracking number.
We cannot modify any order details once the order has been processed. If you wish to change the address to which your order is being shipped, please email info@lacallisto.com to see if this is possible.
For security reasons, we are unable to process an order with a P.O. box or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping with the following estimates:
Shipping UK & Europe: 3 – 5 business days; €20 (free for orders above €200).
Shipping outside Europe: 5-10 business days; $30 (free for orders above $200 USD)
All La Callisto orders are sent from Italy. Please be aware that international shipping may be subject to processing delays that are out of our control. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched so that you can check the status of your order.
Shipping does not occur during red days or international holidays.
La Callisto does not cover taxes or duties for international shipping. The customer is responsible for any additional fees required upon delivery for both shipping and returns.
For more information regarding import duties, taxes, and customs fees, please contact your local customs office or tax agency.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, duties, and customs taxes associated with returns or exchanges. To avoid additional costs for exchanges, we recommend measuring your pet before purchasing. If in doubt, please contact our customer service at info@lacallisto.com.
Returns and exchanges
Items purchased on lacallisto.com are eligible for return or exchange if the request is made within 14 days of the delivery date, and the item is in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached and in its complete original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted at the sole discretion of lacallisto.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return if there is any sign of wear on the item or if it is missing its complete original packaging.
If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@lacallisto.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted
If you notice a problem with an item you've received, please refrain from using it. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order information, clear photos of the item, and a detailed explanation of the issue. Using the item before the matter is resolved may affect our ability to offer an appropriate solution.
We quality control and document each item before shipping.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Taking care of your La Callisto products
High Quality Full Grain Leather is a premium, natural material but just like our skin, it requires care, cleaning and nourishing.
Use a quality horsehair brush to remove dust and other particles.
You can revitalize the leather using a gentle, neutral conditioner once a year or more frequent if you live in a country with dry conditions.
Use neutral cream to keep it shiny and vibrant, or a colored pigment close to the leather color for spot cleaning.
Leather is a natural product. Its longevity and durability will depend on the care and conditions of use. La Callisto is not liable for damages or scratches that may occur from regular wear and tear or extreme conditions.
